How to Join RoadVoyage LU

We've designed our enrolment process to be as welcoming and straightforward as our classes.

    Initial Enquiry

    Contact us by phone, email, or pop in during office hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm). We'll discuss your interests, answer questions about our courses, and help you choose the right programme. No pressure, just friendly guidance.

  2. 02

    Course Selection & Taster Session

    Book a taster session for just €15 to experience your chosen course firsthand. Meet your instructor, see our facilities, and chat with current students. This helps ensure you're completely comfortable before committing to the full programme.

  3. 03

    Complete Registration

    Fill out our simple registration form with your contact details and any accessibility needs. We accept payment by cash, cheque, or bank transfer. Payment plans available if needed - just ask our friendly office team.

  4. 04

    Welcome & First Class

    Receive your welcome pack with course materials, centre map, and class schedule. Arrive 15 minutes early for your first session to settle in with tea and biscuits while meeting your classmates.

What You Need to Know

Common questions about joining our learning community and getting started.

When do new courses start?
We run three terms per year: September-November (Autumn), January-March (Spring), and April-June (Summer). New courses typically start the first week of each term, though some ongoing courses accept new students mid-term if space allows.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque (made payable to RoadVoyage LU Ltd), or bank transfer. Payment plans are available - you can pay half at enrolment and half at the mid-point of your course. We're flexible and happy to discuss what works for your budget.
Can I change courses after I've enrolled?
Yes, within the first two weeks of term you can switch to another course if space is available. We want you to be happy with your choice, so we're flexible about helping you find the right fit.
What if I have mobility or accessibility needs?
Our centre is fully wheelchair accessible with disabled parking spaces, accessible toilets, and hearing loop systems in all classrooms. Please let us know about any specific needs when you enrol so we can ensure you're fully supported.
Is there a waiting list if courses are full?
Yes, we maintain waiting lists for popular courses and will contact you if a space becomes available. We also try to run additional sessions of high-demand courses when possible. Early enrolment is recommended as our small class sizes fill quickly.
